Accessed via a glazed cloister, to give private bedrooms to the rear, discreetly arranged around the mature rear garden, this project is barely visible from the outside world nestled in the slopes beneath Blackheath.

The resulting extension has no impact on the neighbouring properties, despite adding an additional 75m² to the rear of this semi detached home.

The rear of the house has been reorientated around a west facing sun trap and stays true to the original concept of tracking the sun's path across the day.
